If what you're looking for is a comprehensive, in-depth reference on the topic, this—to be honest—is probably not the book for you. Similarly, if you've already done a lot of research on the topic of entity selection, then Surprisingly Simple likely isn't what you're looking for.
On the other hand, if you're just starting to look into the LLC/S-Corp/C-Corp question, and you don't exactly relish the idea of plodding through a 300 or 400 page text, then Surprisingly Simple would likely be a good fit.
